We start with a purchase order of your solution, even if it is still a prototype. You sell your solution and pilot it in a real BSH product, service, or system. You do this together with our teams – the users of your solution. Feedback from these early adopters helps you refine your solution and business model. A manager from the BSH unit that purchases and applies your solution is part of the pilot project from the beginning; that manager could be from any business or functional unit, such as R&D, IT, manufacturing or logistics. The BSH Startup Kitchen team supports the project and helps you navigate in BSH.
A sound business partnership requires a mutual understanding of our companies. In this module, you will become familiar with BSH, so you can develop your business relationship more efficiently. We invite you to the BSH headquarters in Munich, so you can learn about BSH processes, strategy, and people. Special Learn-About-BSH sessions help you to better understand how to succeed as a partner in the BSH ecosystem. With the BSH Startup Kitchen team at your side, you always have a central point of contact for questions that your BSH internal client might not be able to answer.
As we aim for a long-term partnership with you, we help you grow from supplying a few pilot units to roll-out your solution on a global scale. During the pilot project, we provide insights and support, so you can scale your solution throughout BSH and beyond. Together we create a compelling roadmap and refine your business model with BSH. You will also network with people that are key to grow your business within BSH – and the global home appliances market.
